A Simple Update
Last week I posted about (among other things) my struggle to reach my March 10 goal and failing to do so. I am happy to report that last week was a big improvement!
Last Week Weigh-in: 218.8
This Week Weigh-in: 213.6 (That is more than 5 lbs down!!!)
This week I am going to work on staying on track still and am adding in a bit more exercise. Still trying to complete the challenges from my SparkPeople groups but also adding in my own exercise.
6 years ago was when I first found SparkPeople and I got down to 200 from 213 before letting myself get derailed. I am soooo excited that I am back down to that starting weight and getting back on track. This is the lowest I have been since 2008 and I am incredibly motivate to keep moving forward and to finally break out of the 200’s.
I still struggle every day and I still have a long way to go but I am going to keep on pushing and keep pulling myself up when I fall. I’ve got this!
